If you want a great body brush made with natural bristles and little something extra, then look no further. This wonderful brush has a detachable head so you can get a better angle on "hard to reach areas". The natural bristles work extra hard to gently stimulate the lymph system, exfoliate dead skin, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Can be used dry or wet.
Pair your exfoliation with one of our all-natural body scrubs.
For Dry Brushing: to stimulate the lymph system, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and eliminate waste, simply use before your shower or bath. Starting at your feet, brush in long strokes upwards towards your heart, getting the backs and insides of the legs, too. Then starting at your wrists brush upwards, making sure to get those problem areas. Then do your stomach and back areas, always brushing towards the heart. For best results, do daily. Follow up with one of our all-natural body scrubs for extra exfoliation and added moisture.

How does dry brushing work? Dry brushing is similar to massage. “The light pressure against your skin and the direction in which you brush helps move lymph fluid into the lymph nodes so this waste can then be eliminated,” says Robin Jones, spa director at Lake Austin Spa Resort in Austin, TX. Your body naturally does this, but dry brushing speeds up the process and at the same time boosts circulation, delivering oxygenated blood to the skin and other organs, which helps them do their jobs better."
Dr. Francesca Fusco, a dermatologist in New York City also says, "The exfoliation part is easy to understand. Gentle dry brushing will slough off dead, dry skin, improving its appearance and allowing it to hydrate more efficiently when moisturizer is applied afterward."
