Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?

Unopened Product: We will happily exchange product within 2 weeks of purchase that is unopened (if wrapped/sealed) or unused (container product). Product must be in perfect condition so we can restock it. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damaged/Faulty Product: Also, we will gladly exchange faulty product or product damaged in shipping. 

Damaged Product: All damaged product must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the item and will require a picture of the damage to packaging and product so we can report it to the shipper for a refund.

Faulty Product: Please contact us with your issue and to get a Return Authorization Number and postal address for shipping. Soaplicity will pay for any return shipping costs.

Do You Accept Refunds?

We only issue store credit on product that is being returned for a refund, and ONLY on products that are in perfect condition and are unopened or unused so we can restock it. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please note: With the exception of essential oils, we list all ingredients of our products online and on the products themselves so consumers can determine if there is an ingredient that may cause an allergic reaction. If you have an allergy to a particular essential oil, please contact us for a list of products containing that specific ingredient. Please read labels carefully before purchasing.
